When we arrived here to live some 4 years ago one could drive through Tagbillaran with relative ease.  NOT NOW and quite simply because there are far to many tricycles on the city roads.

Virtual daily grid lock on the road behind BQ onward to the ferry port everyday, CPG and Clarin are not much better.  Not only to many of them but they seem to be lawless in their approach to driving without a care in the world to other road users. U-turns at every opportunity, slow moving in outside lanes you name it.

Maybe one solution other than reducing the amount of licenses would be to ban them from driving along CPG but allowing them to cross CPG to gain access to the other routes.  Once CPG is cleared of trikes then car users would use CPG more than Clarin and the road to the ferry port thus lightening those routes for tricycle use!
